BGC Partners Announces The Acquisition Of The Business Of Sterling International Brokers Limited

LONDON, Feb. 25, 2013 — BGC Brokers L.P., an entity within the BGC Partners, Inc. group (NASDAQ: BGCP) today announced it has acquired the business and certain assets of Sterling International Brokers Limited, a London-based broking firm specializing in Sterling and other major currency transactions.
