Sam Bussey is the Global Head of NDF & FX Reset Risk Mitigation, and the Co-Chair of BGC Partners’ Network of Women. She joined BGC Partners in 2016 to build and launch Capitalab NDF Match, a post trade risk reduction platform.
Her career has been varied, ranging from personal training and gym management at News Corps, road-managing a comedienne, to pricing and managing nonperforming mortgage loans for Apollo Capital.
Sam started her career at Godsell, Astley and Pearce, broking Deutsche Mark and USD FRAs and IRS.
She is involved with a number of charities and is a Non-Executive Director of Jubilee Hall Trust, a group of community-based gyms in central London.
Sam is a keen distance cyclist, a novice triathlete and an enthusiastic netball player. Sam is married to Charlotte, a criminal barrister.
