Margaret Belden is Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for BGC Group, Inc., responsible for overseeing the firm’s Human Resources function globally.
Ms. Belden joined Cantor Fitzgerald in July 2025, bringing more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources leadership across financial services and consulting. Prior to joining Cantor, she served as a Director in the People and Organization practice at Grant Thornton.
Her career includes senior Human Resources roles at AQR Capital Management, Jefferies, Point72, ICSC, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she played a pivotal role in building high-performance cultures and leading strategic transformation. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement.
